RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Virtual Sourcing Services
Bon Intérieur sourcing services are personalized, made-to-order services based on each client's individual space, style, budget, and requirements.
A sourcing service may be cancelled for a full refund before the completed intake questionnaire is submitted and before Bon Intérieur has begun sourcing work.
Once sourcing work has begun, service fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Completed or partially completed sourcing services and unused revisions are not eligible for refunds, credits, or cash redemption.
If Bon Intérieur is unable to complete a purchased sourcing service, Bon Intérieur may cancel the service and issue a refund for the portion of the service that was not provided.
Revisions
Each sourcing package includes the number of revisions specified on its product page. Included revisions have no cash value and are not refundable if unused.
Additional sourcing or revisions outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Recommended Products
Products recommended through Bon Intérieur sourcing services are purchased directly by the client from independent third-party retailers or sellers. These purchases are separate from the sourcing service purchased from Bon Intérieur.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, warranties, damaged merchandise, shipping issues, and other matters relating to recommended products are subject to the applicable retailer or seller's policies and must be handled directly with that retailer or seller.
Bon Intérieur cannot issue refunds for merchandise purchased from third-party retailers.
Product Availability
Recommendations reflect product availability at the time the sourcing edit is prepared.
If a recommended product becomes unavailable within 7 calendar days of delivery of your completed sourcing edit, Bon Intérieur will provide one comparable replacement recommendation for that unavailable item at no additional charge. This availability replacement does not count against your package's included revision allowance.
After the 7-day period, additional replacement sourcing is not included unless otherwise agreed.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, purchases of downloadable design guides or other digital products are final sale and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
